"Incredible experience, zen concept from A to Z. Perfect to escape the noise and sounds of the city for a moment of pure relaxation forgetting time and stress! They don’t even have clocks! Slightly disappointing hot springs, as in it’s just one big pool, no cold pool or whirlpools (maybe the spa package offers these?!) incredibly friendly and helpful staff."

"A very good Japanese-style B&B ~ The room is large and very clean. The toilet, bathroom, and hand washing area are separated and can be used by several people at the same time. There is also a washing machine outside, and there are also laundries and convenience stores nearby. The only drawback is the location. It is relatively remote, so you have to take a bus from Kita Ikebukuro to Ikebukuro Station."

"First of all, I was surprised at the atmosphere that was completely different from the image from the appearance of the building which was baptized without cleanliness in the whole hotel. It was very hard to use to fly up there. Only the bathtub was large and beautiful. The business hotel of 10000 yen per night was the top."

"Nice location near Shibuya station. Linen doesn't seem clean and we spotted some hair during check in. Amenities were sufficient but there isn't any coffee/tea or a safe box in the room. Also insufficient space for hanging any clothes. Room is really tiny, there is barely any space to walk with 2 luggages. Would recommend for the location and nice new deco."

"The closest exit should be the new south gate from shibuya station. It takes less than 5mins to get to the hotel. Small room. May be hard to pack the luggage. Would recommend other hotels if possible. Location is good though. Other than that, nothing is impressive. Second time stay with the hotel, not much improvement since 1.5years ago. It’s getting old."

"The historic and artistic Tokyo Station Hotel is one of my favorite hotels and has a great location with direct access from the airport and other cities. The staff is friendly and outstanding. I encountered some problems with my booking and the reception staff was very helpful and solved it quickly and efficiently, I was completely impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff greet the guests with a smile and always be courteous. I stayed for 12 days and feel like home."

"Although the room is relatively small, the hotel lobby is cool in design, and the elevator is completely in the style of a nightclub. However, the hotel's service is worth recommending. The room cleaning even refuses to accept tips, which is very cute ☺️ We went to have breakfast. The Indian and Filipino guys spoke fluent English and had a very good service attitude. Most importantly, the food was delicious. This is highly recommended. The overall feeling is pretty good."

"The Muji hotel has lived up to my expectations! If you are a fan of Muji products (or interested in how Muji products can be put together in a hotel room), then this is a hotel for you!! I enjoyed the room, amenities, and superb hotel location (in Ginza). The staff were friendly. However, they can be more attentive. By going downstairs, you have floors of Muji products you can purchase! One of the good things is that you don't need to go through reception each time to go to your room - which I prefer. I recommend staying here for one to two nights and trying out their breakfast or meals! :) Enjoy! "
